- 140g sourdough starter
- 75g pumpkin puree
- 300g bread flour
- 160g water
- 7g salt
- 把所有材料混合拌匀,盖上保鲜膜静置 30Mins
- Stretch & Fold (x12)
- Rest 休面 30Mins
- Repeat Step2&3 (x6, x6, x6)
- 准备绳子,绑好一端,4条线折半 变8条线
- 把绑好的那段放在篮子底部
- Final shape into basket 最后整形
- 放进篮子,面团底部收口朝上
- 把绳子轻微的卷起来,不要绑
- Rest 休面 1Hour
- 预热烤箱 240C for 1Hour
- 冷藏 30Mins
- scoring 割花
- 烤 240C 25Mins (关盖)
- 降低温度至 220C 20Mins
