Yield around 48 cookies with 5cm diameter
65g Sourdough Starter (discard)
110g Bread Flour
110g All Purpose Flour
100g Brown Sugar
135g Unsalted butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 large egg + 1 yolk
1 tbsp vanilla
200g Dark Chocolate Chip
100g Almond or walnut
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
(optional)
Softened butter 加 Brown Sugar 拌匀
加入鸡蛋 (分两次加入),拌匀
加入 sourdough discard,拌匀
慢慢加入面粉,搅拌均匀
加入海盐 & Cinnamon Powder (optional)
加入 Chocolate Chips / 坚果 / 果干,拌匀
放入冰箱 2个小时左右(硬化)
预热烤箱
烤 170°C,18分钟
用 active sourdough 来做也可以
