Sourdough Discard Cookies

    Yield around 48 cookies with 5cm diameter
    • 65g Sourdough Starter (discard)
    • 110g Bread Flour 
    • 110g All Purpose Flour 
    • 100g Brown Sugar
    • 135g Unsalted butter 
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 large egg + 1 yolk
    • 1 tbsp vanilla 
    • 200g Dark Chocolate Chip
    • 100g Almond or walnut
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder (optional)
    1. Softened butter 加 Brown Sugar 拌匀
    2. 加入鸡蛋 (分两次加入),拌匀
    3. 加入 sourdough discard,拌匀
    4. 慢慢加入面粉,搅拌均匀
    5. 加入海盐 & Cinnamon Powder (optional)
    6. 加入 Chocolate Chips / 坚果 / 果干,拌匀
    7. 放入冰箱 2个小时左右(硬化)
    8. 预热烤箱
    9. 烤 170°C,18分钟

用 active sourdough 来做也可以
